Vision of the development section
“The purpose of education is to support to people to develop their full potential .” John Dewey
Education should lead to the creation of people with integrated personalities through the development of competencies. They also need to have the love for mankind and for the environment around him “ Education” should be multifaceted such as social, cultural and spiritual paving the way for everyone leading an exemplary, moral life through Education one’s positive attitudes , dignity of labour and creative thinking should also be awakened.
The responsibility of the task of taking this message to our children rests upon the teachers of our country. The vision of development section is to make the teachers aware of this clearly , correctly and change them.
Role of the development section
1.Providing instructions to carry out the internal supervision according to the national standards.
2.Developing principals , teachers and all staff to play their roles in the proper manner.
3.Guiding the school managers to manage human and physical resources at optimum level.
4. Distribution of learning-teaching equipment at the right time in the right manner.
5.Introducing the modern trends and amendments of education to the system.
6.Evaluating the school on the basis of the themes of general management, physical and human resource management , management of formal curriculum and co- curricular activities , “students’ achievement” , “student welfare” and “ school and community .Providing feedbacks and feed forward which guide to achieve a qualitative improvement hightening the standards of schools.
7. Monitoring and reviewing all types of work.
