Objectives :

To improve the cognitive achievement levels of students 73% of first language and 72% of mathematics in 2008 by 1% in 2009.
To communicate learning competencies in grade 8 & 9 , specified by NIE over the system in 2009.
To increase the percentage of qualified teachers of 82% in 2008 up to 84% in 2009.
To available the text books to all children supplied by Education Publication Department in 2009.
To communicate examination guidelines specified by the examination department to all school in 2009
